This gorgeous grape crème is from the Zoya Summertime collection, summer 2011. Unlike the Sunshine collection (which I’ve shown a few) that was comprised of lovely foils, this collection is strictly crème only. I do like that Zoya balance their collections, half crème and half something else (foil or glitter or both)…..except that it’s much harder on my bank account because I want them all!!!
I really like this colour, surprisingly enough I don’t own a lot of plain purple crèmes. I own so many purple glitters/shimmers…you name the finish and I’ve got it….but creme? I think the only one other one I have is Rescue Beauty Lounge Mismas (and this is slightly lighter than that, but if you are really sad you never got your hands on Mismas…you can sort of pretend this is a dupe. It’s almost there in colour, not quite complex enough!). So I am glad I have this one to fill out the paltry purple crème section in my nail polish collection.
As ever, great colour and pigmentation (but I expect no less from Zoya).

Don't have this shade of purple cream from Zoya this summer – I do have other great purple creams from Zoya however – great polish and fab shades. She rarely disappoints me with the shades she comes up with.
Oh BTW – I got the entire Sunshine collection from Zoya this summer when they ran a 1 day promo of buy their color lock system $48 – same price as a full polish collection – and you got to pick either Sunshine or Summertime for free – all 6 bottles! That was a great deal! Hope to see more deals like that one again.
