Here’s another great one from NYC (I’m trying to work my way through the massive NYC backlog of bottles I discovered hidden in my flat!) and it’s a cherry red with a subtle shimmer (so subtle I’m not sure I even managed to capture it…but I promise it’s there!). A bit of trouble photographing it, it seems to lean pink in this photo but I promise it’s a true red! I have some better pictures that show it off accurately. I know this is an American brand but we get it incredibly cheap here in the UK (under £3 I believe!) and the colours are fantastic and the range is massive. I mean I could run this whole blog on nothing but UK drugstore polishes (only because I live in the UK) and I would still have something to say every day! I love that there are good quality brands like NYC for a good pricepoint because I buy so much polish I need high quality, low price!
You all know I’m a red addict, it’s just a powerful colour and one of my favourites. This is no exception, I think the shimmer adds a nice depth. It’s subtle so it doesn’t detract from the bold statement shade!

I am definitely stocking up on NYC next time I go to Superdrug! The only one I have is a glitter so I need to catch up!

That's such a lovely shade of red and it looks great with your skin tone. I can juuuuuuust make out the shimmer.
